Terms and Conditions Autoparts Veghel


Article 1. Applications

  • 1.1 These general conditions apply to all products and / or services provided by Auto Parts Veghel to its customers.
  • 1.2 Placing an order, or the acceptance of an offer implies that you accept these terms and conditions.
  • 1.3 Any conditions of the customer only apply if confirmed in writing by Auto Parts Veghel. In case of conflict prevail the provisions of the general conditions of Autoparts Veghel.
  • 1.4 Auto Parts Veghel reserves the right to supplement and / or amend these general conditions.

Article 2. Prices and payments

  • 2.1 All items offered by Auto Parts Veghel and / or services on this site are in euros and include VAT.
  • 2.2 All prices on this site are subject to misprints. For the consequences of misprints no liability is accepted.
  • 2.3 Payments to Autoparts Veghel can be occurred by the following ways :
      ◦ Payment by cash on delivery. (method of shipment is where purchase amount with postage payable to postman, only in The Netherlands). ◦ Payment by bank transfer through Ideal.(only in The Netherlands) ◦ Payment through Paypal. ◦ Payment by bank transfer. ◦Cash payment by pick up in Veghel.
  • While completing the order you can indicate your payment method.

Article 3. Shipping and transportation

  • 3.1 Goods will be sent when the total order amount is credited to the account of Autoparts Veghel. With the exception of payment by cash on delivery.
  • 3.2 You can choose the transport by yourself. During the ordering process you can choose from the following options:
  • ◦Shipping with PostNL
  • ◦Pick up in Veghel
  • ◦ Payment by cash on delivery. (method of shipment is where purchase amount with postage payable to postman). There should be someone on delivery address to be present since there should be paid to the postman. (payment on delivery can be set only within Netherlands)
  • 3.3 The shipment of goods will be the risk of Autoparts Veghel.
  • 3.4 If the buyer has entered a wrong address any additional cost will be charged to the purchaser.
  • 3.5 Upon receipt of the order, the buyer must check the products for defects and/or abnormalities. The buyer needs taking into account small color differences. (including color deviations displayed by the different PC monitors). If the articles do not comply with the agreement, you should contact Autoparts Veghel as soon as possible.

Article 4. Delivery and delivery time

  • 4.1 Orders will be sent as soon as possible by Autoparts Veghel. If the goods are in stock, the shipping will take place the same day or next working day.
  • 4.2 When the product is not in stock, we will keep the order in the backorder until a week after the expected delivery date. In this case Auto Parts Veghel will contact the customer to discuss whether the backorder should remain or will be canceled.

  • Article 5. Cancel order

    • 5.1 Cancel an placed order is possible within 12 hours. This is due the fast delivery which we aspire.
    • 5.2 If you cancel the order after it is sent to you, then you should refuse the package by delivery. If Auto Parts Veghel has already received your payment we will refund the payment. The shipping costs will be charged on your refund(only if you refuse the package at the door and leave unopened by the deliverer).

    Article 6. Returning

    • 6.1 It may happen that you want to return an item. You may return your order within 14 days from delivery. Exceptions are specifically assembled products for you and electrical parts. These are not returnable.
    • 6.2 To return an item, this must be in the original (undamaged) packaging and must be undamaged and / or unused. The return shipping and additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • 6.3 If the product arrive to us in the original condition, we will refund the purchase price including the shipping cost back into your account as soon as possible. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
    • 6.4 On used parts we can not give any guarantee. Those parts where working when we disassembled them from a car. If a component is not working please contact us.

    Article 7. Agreement

    • 7.1 An agreement between Autoparts Veghel and the customer come about after an order is placed by the customer.

    Article 8. Circumstances beyond one's control

    • 8.1 Auto Parts Veghel is not liable if and when she can not be fulfilled due to force majeure.
    • 8.2 Force majeure means any strange reason, and any circumstance which can not reasonably be held responsible for her.     Article 9. Liability

    Article 10. Complaints

    • We encourage you to notify us first complaints by emailing webshop@autopartsveghel.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is for EU consumers also possible to log complaints by the ODR platform by the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When your pending complaint not elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint by the European Union platform.
